Junior Partner Marketing Manager

As the Junior Partner Marketing Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for driving marketing programs with our strategic partnerships. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders at ISA and with our strategic vendor partners. We seek a determined, creative, and highly organized team member to join us for this exciting partner-facing role.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, with a dotted-line report to the Strategic Alliances Director, this incumbent will be responsible for building and executing marketing campaigns in alignment with key Vendor Partners of ISA to support ISA’s brand as a Major Player of Security Services in Canada and ISA’s Solution Revenue and Gross Profit goals. The Jr. Partner Marketing Manager will represent ISA to selected Vendor Partners and will work with dedicated Marketing teams of our Top Strategic Vendor Partners. This role is 70% partner facing with the core accountability of driving co-marketing campaigns, supporting new acquisition sales, renewal sales, and transitioning customers to modern SaaS ISA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

    • Works with key internal stakeholders, as well as vendor partner and marketing teams to maximize marketing development funds (MDF) and Partner co-op in support of the marketing business plan and to ensure co-marketing targets are met.
    • Responsible for execution of all co-marketing projects between the organization and the channel partners with clear targets and accountabilities for assigned vendor partners.
    • Execute with excellence event marketing, marketing automation, and digital campaigns.
    • Ensures execution of Channel Sales Enablement activities including training for Sales and Marketing teams.
    • Establish ISA and ISA’s SaaS services as a thought leader in the Canadian cybersecurity eco-system by planning and executing go-to-market strategies that include but not limited to: website updates, brochure creation, case study creation, digital marketing, social media campaigns, events, etc.
    • Leverage internal and external feedback to propose campaign modifications.
    • Provide direct Manager and wider team with insights and success metrics including customer and partner experiences.
    • Occasional North American travel may be required.
    • No positions will report to this role.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of working experience, in related field is preferred
  • Preferred studies with focus on Marketing, Management, and/or Economics
  • Good knowledge of business and marketing strategy and marketing disciplines
  • Experience in event marketing, marketing automation (HubSpot), channel marketing, and business productivity tools (O365) are preferred
  • Deadline oriented and analytical person
  • You are a self-motivator, critical thinker and problem solver, who is not afraid to offer your ideas and knows how to support them
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Previous experience of working in B2B Technology industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of or interest in the cybersecurity industry is preferred
  • You thrive in an evolving environment where change is the only constant
