Nitin Bedi

Cyber Services Leader

Nitin is a seasoned IT executive with over 25 years of experience in the cybersecurity, IT audit, IT risk management, IT governance, project management and management consulting fields. As our Cyber Services Leader, he has responsibility for leading our project-based, role-based, and managed security services and our long term vision. Nitin has global experience, working for large consulting firms in Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America. Nitin has extensive experience in legal and contractual compliance requirements (PCI- DSS, Privacy, SOX and NI 52-109); information security frameworks and standards (COBIT, COSO, ITIL, ISO 17799/27001-2, PMBOK, NERC, NIST, PIPEDA, PHIPA and BS 25999); cybersecurity program coordination; and threat, risk, and privacy assessments. Nitin’s proven team leader and management skills extend across successful engagements in manufacturing, utilities, pharmaceutical, retail, entertainment, public services, managed services, and financial services.

Gerard Dunphy

Offering Leader – Detection, Response & Recovery

Gerard brings over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, with extensive technical expertise, strong business acumen, and proven leadership skills. His technical strengths include security operations, network and endpoint security, SIEM management, threat hunting, threat intelligence, email security, firewall management, vulnerability management, incident/breach response and digital forensics. Gerard has led incident response teams on some of Canada’s largest breaches, giving him a frontline perspective that helps clients prepare effective defense-in-depth and breach readiness strategies.


Gerard is also a strong advocate for cybersecurity awareness and education programs. He has developed and presented dozens of security awareness sessions and programs to a wide array of audiences, covering topics such as ransomware, social engineering, business email compromise, insider threats, procurement and financial fraud, and general security awareness.

Suleyman Salih

Regional Director, UK & Europe

With over 15 years of experience in business operations and strategic development across multiple B2C, B2B, and public sectors, Suleyman serves as the Regional Director at ISA Cybersecurity, spearheading the company’s growth in Europe from their U.K. headquarters in London, England. A well-respected authority in cybersecurity, Suleyman is dedicated to elevating cybersecurity protocols and standards across the industry. His substantial contributions have played a crucial role in embedding cybersecurity measures in both private companies and government entities, fortifying thousands of businesses against cyber threats and significantly bolstering national cyber resilience. His expertise spans a wide range of critical functions, including overseeing Incident Response (IR) initiatives, security awareness, risk identification, advising on enhancements to cybersecurity postures, and the effective integration of sophisticated security solutions.

Olivia Purchase

Vice President, Cyber Services Operations

Olivia Purchase joined ISA in April 2016 as a Project Manager and was responsible for leading large, complex projects. Olivia was promoted to Director, PS & PMO, in December 2017 and is responsible for the Professional Services and Project Management Office, ensuring customer success with every ISA project. Olivia has over 6 years experience working in the IT Security Industry and another 4 years in the financial industry. 

Olivia graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and a Diploma in Finance. She enjoys spending her time with her family and friends when she’s not hard at work ensuring the success of her projects and taking care of clients’ needs.

Melissa Gallo

Director, Marketing (Interim)
A graduate from the University of Waterloo with a bachelor degree in Legal Studies & Business, Melissa brings with her over a decade of marketing expertise across sectors including finance, technology, higher education, cybersecurity, and IT. As the interim Marketing Director at ISA Cybersecurity, Melissa provides leadership on all brand, communication and marketing programming with a results-oriented focus.  
 
Beyond her professional dedication, Melissa’s passions lie in networking and nurturing young professionals. She’s a passionate traveler who actively explores new mountain biking and skiing trails around the globe.

Indraneel Joshi

Sr. Director, Security Operations Centre

Indraneel is a cybersecurity professional and passionate leader with over eight years of experience in the cybersecurity industry and four years as a Security Operations Center Leader. He has experience delivering managed security operations services in a variety of industries including financial services and higher education. As the leader of ISA Cybersecurity’s Cybersecurity Intelligence and Operations Centre (CIOC), he believes that for a SOC team to deliver outstanding services, the team needs to be empowered to pursue their professional growth via certifications, professional designations, and cross-team training. Indraneel is highly effective at risk management and critical decision making to protect the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of critical business information and information systems. He is process-focused with an exceptional ability to detect and close gaps.

Outside of his professional life, Indraneel is an avid Star Wars and The Lord of Rings fan who loves traveling around Canada with his family and enjoys barbequing. He also considers himself the next Canadian Idol, but others would disagree.

Lindsay Ringuette

Director, Marketing & Communications

Lindsay Ringuette joined ISA in March 2021 as the Director of Marketing and Communications. She’s an award-winning leader with over 10 years of experience managing integrated marketing and communications campaigns for private, not-for-profit, and government clients in Canada and abroad. She’s passionate about using her knowledge and skills to support ISA’s mission to create a world in which everyone is safe from cyber threats.

In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys reading, cooking, and volunteering. She currently volunteers with refugees and is always looking for ways to have a positive impact on her community.

Andrea Bailey

Director, People & Culture

Andrea joined ISA as Director, People and Culture in December of 2020. With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Andrea’s background in building organizational culture and managing HR programs allows her to be a true asset to ISA as the organization continues to grow and build its employee experience. She believes that people are paramount to the success of an organization; and only by investing and supporting its people, can an organization be truly successful.

Outside of work, Andrea keeps herself busy with her love of cooking, travel and fitness. She is fascinated in how food can bring out her passions through discovering different types of cuisine and health conscious recipes.

Bruce White

Vice President, Sales

Prior to assuming the role of Vice President of Sales in November 2015, Bruce White was a Senior Account Manager at ISA for 15 years. Bruce has worked his entire career in sales and successfully managed enterprise accounts for the company while consistently meeting, and often exceeding, annual sales quotas. In addition to managing client accounts, Bruce has provided leadership and management to other sales professionals.

Bruce graduated from University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Economics degree. In his spare time Bruce enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, alpine skiing and fishing.

Kevin Dawson

President & CEO

Before being named President and CEO in September 2014, Kevin Dawson served as Vice President of Sales at ISA since July 2006, helping to double the company in size since that time. Previously, Kevin was a senior Account Executive at ISA, where he managed a number of key clients for the company since 1998.

Kevin graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife
and 2 children at the cottage.

Andrew Buckles

Cyber Services Owner

A graduate of the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Computing degree, Andrew brings over 15 years of experience in the fields of IT and cyber. In his role as Cyber Services Owner, he has full accountability for the project-based, role-based, and managed security services offered by ISA Cybersecurity. Professional and results-oriented, Andrew has extensive experience working with large enterprise clients in financial services, utilities, manufacturing, retail, and the broader public sector, providing strategic, advisory, and operational services in the areas of governance, risk, compliance, and privacy. 

Enza Alexander

Executive Vice President

Enza Alexander is a seasoned IT industry leader with over 25 years of experience across the technology sector in finance, operations, sales, marketing, and professional services. She serves as the Executive Vice President at ISA. As an accomplished sales leader, team builder, and channel expert, Enza is passionate about helping clients better understand the positive impact and possibilities that business technology solutions can deliver. She has a long and successful track record built on driving client solutions that are value-based.

In 2011, Enza was recognized as one of Canada’s leading Women in Technology by IT Canada and CDN Magazine.
